Pre-Development Meeting

Pre-development meetings are a chance for property owners, engineers, and architects to meet with representatives of all of the City’s departments which are involved in overseeing commercial construction. This process is to expedite the construction process by giving those proposing a development access to all of the information needed at one time. Pre-development meetings may be scheduled by contacting the City’s Planning Department. Pre-development meetings should be scheduled when changing the use of an existing building as well as new construction.
